Bethany has been the proud owner of The Shirt Shop since 2022, but her journey here began in 2014 as a part-time student employee. With a clear vision and deep passion for the business, Bethany is committed to maintaining top-tier customer service and a well-curated product mix. She’s always on the lookout for new and unique offerings for our customers and is a welcoming face to visitors and locals alike. Her dedication extends beyond the store, actively contributing to a vibrant downtown through community involvement.

Patrick Russell – Store Manager & Buyer

Patrick joined The Shirt Shop under Bethany’s leadership and quickly became an essential part of the team. With a strong passion for fashion and customer relationships, Patrick is our resident expert in suits, sport coats, and dresswear. A true jack of all trades, his product knowledge and eye for style help ensure every customer finds the perfect fit.

Katie came on board in 2023 and is often the friendly voice behind our online customer service. She manages daily shipping, handles returns and exchanges, and ensures every order is packed with care. Katie helps make the online shopping experience smooth and enjoyable for all our customers.

Danielle teamed up with our longtime part-time seamstress in 2022 and took on a full-time role in 2023. Her keen eye and unmatched attention to detail make her a master of her craft. Danielle ensures every alteration is completed with care, helping us deliver the best fit and finish for our customers.

Sam joined us in 2024 and keeps our inventory organized and accurate. From tagging and pricing to making sure products are ready for the floor, Sam keeps everything running smoothly—while also keeping the team entertained with his encyclopedic knowledge of movie quotes and song lyrics!
