SHIPPING:  All orders ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS).  Shipping is FREE on domestic orders over $100.  We work to try to ensure that weekday orders placed before approximately 3 p.m. (Central) are dropped off at the Post Office that afternoon for next day shipment. Weekend orders are taken to the Post Office on Monday afternoon.  An email with shipping confirmation and tracking information will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout once the order ships.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:  We accept returns on non-sale items up to 21 days after the original date of purchase for a full refund.  We accept returns on non-sale items up to 60 days after the original date of purchase for store credit or exchange.  We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items.  Returned items or items to be exchanged should be in their original condition – unwashed, unworn, with tags attached and accompanied by receipt of sale.  Return items to: The Shirt Shop – 525 Greensboro Ave. – Tuscaloosa, AL 35401

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
