SHIPPING:  All orders ship via FedEx or UPS depending on location. If you prefer one over the other, please specify in your order notes. Shipping is FREE on domestic orders over $200.  We work to try to ensure that weekday orders placed before approximately 12 p.m. CST are pulled and shipped that day. If the order requires embroidery or contains a sale item- it may add 1-2 days to your ship time. Weekend orders will be pulled on Monday and hopefully shipped out that afternoon. Orders with full price merchandise are prioritized over orders of sale merchandise. An email with shipping confirmation and tracking information will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout once the order ships. Make sure to check your spam folder for that email. IN STORE PICK UP: You can order online and mark your order for pick up in store. You'll get a pick up notification when your order is ready for pickup. Make sure to check your spam folder for that email.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:  Full priced items are eligible for EXCHANGE ONLY. We will not be accepting any returns for money back. To initiate an exchange in store, you'll need to have the product in its original condition along with tags and receipt. For an exchange through mail - please email our returns email (returns.theshirtshop@gmail.com) to let us know what you need to return. Being that the product is not a sale product, you'll be instructed to mail it back to us with the shipping packing slip you received or a note that includes name, phone number, order number, and the product you wish to exchange for. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item.

UNDERWEAR IS FINAL SALE. NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
