SHIPPING:  All orders ship via FedEx or UPS depending on location. If you prefer one over the other, please specify in your order notes.  Shipping is FREE on domestic orders over $150.  We work to try to ensure that weekday orders placed before approximately 12 p.m. (Central) are pulled and shipped that day. If the order requires alteration or embroidery - it will add 1-2 days to your ship time. Weekend orders will be pulled on Monday and hopefully shipped out that afternoon. Orders with full price merchandise are prioritized over orders of sale merchandise. An email with shipping confirmation and tracking information will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout once the order ships. Make sure to check your spam folder for that email. IN STORE PICK UP: You can order online and mark your order for pick up in store. You'll get a pick up notification when your order is ready for pickup. Make sure to check your spam folder for that email. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:  We accept returns on non-sale items up to 7 days from delivery after the original date of purchase for a full refund.  We accept returns on non-sale items up to 60 days after the original date of purchase for store credit or exchange.  We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items. Returned items or items to be exchanged should be in their original condition – unwashed, unworn, with tags attached and accompanied by receipt of sale.  Return items to: The Shirt Shop – 525 Greensboro Ave. – Tuscaloosa, AL 35401

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
